Patterns
Look at the training you repeat: volume, routine and session mix.
Monthly volume
KilometresMiles per monthDaily volume
See active days and gaps during your time in Edinburgh. Use the slider below the chart to browse dates.Your training routine
Session distances
Performance
Follow changes across comparable sessions, then open a recording for the detail.
Speed over time
Dots open individual sessions. The line follows the median of the preceding six weeks.
Aerobic efficiency
Distance per heartbeat for sessions of at least 3.0 km1.9 mi. Compare similar routes and efforts: terrain, weather and sensor accuracy can also change this measure.
Best efforts
Compare your all-time best with the last 90 days in Edinburgh. These efforts can be part of a longer session. The charts track each period’s fastest effort; higher points mean faster times.
Cadence by month
Pedal revolutions per minute, monthly averageConditions
Add weather to the picture when a familiar effort feels different.
