Goal for this saved planBuild toward a comfortable 10K, with consistent training and room to recover.

A week in review: some sessions followed the plan, one was shorter, and a walk made room for recovery before yesterday's tempo run.

  1. Planned

    Rest day

    Room to recover

    Session details

Take a rest day. Gentle everyday movement is fine if it feels good.

Automatic matching uses Garmin's local start date, sport and duration. Effort is unverified unless you confirm it. Ambiguous activities stay unplanned; missing imports can change a missed status. How matching works

Matching method and limitations

Your saved corrections take priority. Otherwise, a single activity in the same sport on the planned date is linked when its duration is between half and twice the planned time. Duration matches within 20% or five minutes still need an effort check; larger differences are labeled explicitly. Multiple activities need your choice. Strength requires a Garmin strength-training recording; other indoor and unclassified activities need review. Rest days never claim activity completion. A session crossing midnight belongs to its Garmin start date unless you link it to the following day. Each activity can complete only one session.

Dates use Garmin's recorded local time and the site's current local date. Travel time zones and missing records cannot be inferred. Matching never sends data to AI or changes the saved schedule.
